Ground School Courses

The WINFC ground school courses for private pilot or instrument airplane prepare you for the FAA written exam required to complete your rating. Each course consists of twelve three-hour weekly sessions designed to guide you through the knowledge areas to successfully pass the exam.

The Private Pilot Ground School uses the Jeppesen Private Pilot text book and ground syllabus.

The Instrument Airplane Ground School uses the Jeppesen Instrument/commercial text book and syllabus.

Upon successful completion of the course you will receive your FAA endorsement to take the appropriate FAA written knowledge exam. You can even take the test here. WINFC is CATS authorized testing center and can administer your FAA knowledge exam at the club.
